We booked a night here before a Disney Cruise & the location couldn't have been more perfect. The port is literally right below the hotel & the street-mosphere outside was wonderful. Lots of great food choices nearby & local musicians playing instruments. Good vibe.

I’m not sure how this got a 5-star rating. Long line to check-in, but was able to leave my cellphone and my room was ready before the posted check-in time which was nice. Large, dated room and bathroom. AC barely making the room cool. Minimal toiletries in the bathroom. Great location. Disappointed as I ... expected more from a 5-star hotel. Read more

Spent time there recently and so close to the cruise ship terminal. All the bell porters were very helpful but I do have to make mention to Matthew and Eduardo. They are both a credit to The Pan Pacific Hotel. Great views of the harbour and if you want a ... great cup of coffee go to Blenz Coffee which is nearby the Hotel. Rooms are spacious, clean and the beds are very comfortable. Luggage was taken straight to the ship and they also stored some of the luggage we did not want to take on the cruise which saved us carting everything around with us. Would recommend Pan Pacific highly and if I we return will certainly be staying there again. Read more

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. First, the valet service was terrible. Every time I arrived with my car, I had to honk and wait for someone to notice me. When leaving, they either brought the wrong car (which actually happened) or forgot my call from the room, ... requiring me to ask again at the entrance. The hot tub on the 8th floor was more of a lukewarm tub, as the water was not hot at all. When I called the staff to fix it, they sent an “engineer” who was clueless and couldn’t differentiate between Celsius and Fahrenheit, failing to make the water any warmer. From my room, I could hear conversations and footsteps from neighboring rooms, and there was disturbing machine noise from the nearby laundry room during the night. At the bar on the second floor, it took ages for the waiter to notice and serve me. How is this place a five-star hotel? It was a very disappointing experience. I recommend choosing a more reputable hotel brand that’s likely cheaper and offers better service. Read more

Like a large number of people that stay here, we picked this place based on reviews and cruise ship access. As for the location, it is the best place to stay if you want great views of mountains, water, and downtown. The service is really good in some departments ... and lacks in others. Check-in and check-out, excellent. Valet, excellent. Breakfast, some of the staff was great, but on our last day we had a less than positive experience. We also had an issue in the room at night, and they have no housekeeping staff that is available at 10:30 pm. The rooms look a little outdated, but they are large. Read more
