LEGENDARY! Fantastic service and food! Huge menu, large portions, all at a great price! We popped in searching for something to eat around 1am, and couldn’t be luckier we chose this place! It really felt we were all there to eat together! To bring us all together like that these days, ... is really somethin rare. The music was AWESOME (lots of 90s dance goin) and everybody was singin along! As soon as we walked in, everyone said hi, and we all felt like we fit right in! Gringo consistently pleases me. It's definitely a bit of an odd location, being in a Gastown alleyway, but once inside it feels like anything but. They don't do reservations, and seating is limited, so sometimes you can't get a spot. The drinks are very good prices, and some are very ... creative. The tacos are AWESOME! The price is pretty awesome too! I love coming here for cheap eats and good times! Read more

Only came here for drinks but the vibes are immaculate! I love how this is located in the middle of an alley and it just pops with all the neon lights. Super fun place for a date or just drinks with friends. We get one of the buckets which is ... super fun and comes with candy but the drink itself was a little watery and kinda mid. Honestly still worth it for the vibes and was a decent price! Would come back to try the tacos. Read more

I was on the hunt for delicious tacos in town and wanted to discover a new place. That's when we stumbled upon Gringo! And let me tell you, it was absolutely incredible! We devoured 6 tacos in no time and had to order more. The atmosphere is welcoming and the ... interior design is stunning. I will definitely be returning to Gringo. Great music! Great service! Ordered pork butt nachos and would def recommend! Salsa was spicy, pork was tender, fresh ingredients, and perfect chips! Will def be back.
