I love this place. I come here for lunch often. I am obsessed with the pad Thai. I usually walking away with that perfect amount of fullness. A healthy and tasty place to eat, and the staff are so sweet. They play really cool music. Right now they are playing ... Bonobo which is one of my favorite artists. Tried this place out when they offered a $5 noodle bowl and free ice tea. I had the thin noodle + laksa + beef. It was fairly filling with all that noodle and the laksa was pretty flavourful. The Thai milk tea wasn’t as rich or as sweet as the ... typical milk tea from those Taiwanese places. It was lighter for those who don’t love the typical milk tea as much. I came here and asked for their best seller because I’ve never been here before. I’ve only heard good things from coworkers. I personally did not enjoy my meal. It was bland tasting to me. It lacked flavour, salt or any spice. The prices are high for what it is. The ... service was slow and the preparation took longer than I wanted for a quick service restaurant. Overall just a disappointment. I don’t recommend it. But I am willing to go back and try something different. Read more

So tried this place for lunch today, first off the menu system is very nice and easy to choose from. Choose your starch, sauce or dressing, protein, then sides if you want. I chose brown rice, yellow curry, shrimp, and a side of Roti. Food came and presentation was definitely ... nice. I was not too impressed with the size portion of the Roti. It looked 2.5 inches in diameter with about less than a centimeter in height . Don't get me wrong it tasted good! but for $4, I could gotten a big slice of pizza or two, I am just saying for $4 maybe maybe make it 2 pieces or at least a huge portion. I also noticed the dipping sauce/curry was a bit diluted for my taste. I still liked the flavor, but it just didn't have the creamy or thickness of a typical curry I usually get in a indian or thai place. Nonetheless, the roti tasted good with it. Next my main meal! the combination of brown rice, veggies, shrimp, and curry what could go wrong?! it was a recipe for mouth watering experience!-- sadly the curry was the one that made it fall short. I just felt that the curry sauce was just too watery if that's even a word. Don't get me wrong I like eating sauce with my rice. Gravy, curry, even tonkatsu sauce, but this bowl I had just didn't feel like it was a nice thick sauce. on a scale, of 1-10 if Mayonnaise was 10 for thickness, and water was 1, this was a 2. At least make it a 4. To be fair, this is a healthy place and maybe the recipe for the sauces meant to make it calorie friendly. My coworkers ordered salad which was a big hit. Maybe next time i'll order that instead of a rice bowl. All in all, if you are a healthy person you will like the place. If you are a meat lover, or an adventurous eater then try the place still then move on. Read more
