The call centre put me in touch directly with the store, as I needed to cater a "late night snack" for 140 wedding guests. Khody, the manager/owner was fabulous. He took extra care in his recommendations, and included a lot of valuable insight in what I should order with so ... many folks. Even in the week leading up to my wedding, he was fluid and responsive when we last minute changed the delivery time. Day of: I didn't even know he'd arrived. All of a sudden, all my guests were dancing while eating slices of pizza. It was perfect. He followed up with a lovely email of congratulations, and wanted to ensure that everything was as requested. The late night pizza party was the talk of the wedding as midnight hit and folks headed out of the venue. After the dust settled, I received a follow up email in which he requested me to come in to the store for a little gift from the store. Khody's doing amazing work. He helped make the most hectic day of my life just a little more seamless, and he went above and beyond. The world needs more folks like Khody and his team. Read more
If Had the option to give 0 stars, I would give a negative Star rating... Customer Service of the staff and owner are pityful and I feel sorry for the other people who were a loyal Customers but had no choice but to change their mind. The so called Supervisor ... needs to take a Hospitality and Customer Service training. Read more
I have had bad pizzas before but never had a bad experience with employees until I visited this place. If you have a question, you are directed to talk to the supervisor and the Indian girl who is the supervisor is extremely obnoxious to deal with. I pity the staff ... members that have to deal with such a person given that she is so rude to paying customers. She is not built for a customer service job and I’ll never visit this particular store again. Read more
Their vegan cheezy bread is so good, I could probably devour it daily. My order is always delicious, speedy, and cheap! Never had an unpleasant experience picking up or having it delivered.
