Went to renew my child passport. Got call in counter 23. Got service by NATASHA. She was SUPER HELPFUL… so cordial, smiled face. I rarely found anyone in passport office like her. To me she is THE BEST! Keep it up Natasha 💕
Went there to renew my Canadian passport. Waited in the line about 2 hours and at last been told to wait another 1:30 hour to see second person (an officer). Just mandatory waist of time.(Because of emergency couldn't use the postal renewal service and had to walk in)
Small mall in downtown. It is to have a good court, but it looked like it was removed. You would go here for the passport office. Easy access from waterfront SkyTrain station
Nice & Clean. Good service. Answer every question. Very fast. If you prepare everything. It will be super fast.
