I really wanted to like this place. These types of places are usually my jam but ugh...greasy, flavourless food, unbelievably slow, cranky service, like two other tables in the whole place, seems unclean. Real good target for Gordon Ramsey’s Kitchen Nightmares I think. I came on here to find out a ... safe dish to try for a second shot but even the chicken parm has mixed reviews. With Papa’s Gourmet 6 blocks away, its amazing this place is still open at all. Sad because Papa’s has no real seating and this place is huge. Read more

Gigi's has been around for a while now. I've been here many times. The food is great especially the Lasagna that comes with garlic bread. Get that and add on two meat balls for extra $2.50 (they are big). Best comfort food around. There's a reason why they stayed open ... all these years. Read more

The pizza here is very good and unique. Prices are good. Their chicken wings are so good and not overly dressed with sauce. Their pasta dishes are not very good. Delivery person is always polite and quick. I love that they open till late.

I have ordered from this location before and have never had a problem. This time when I ordered, I was told that it was going to take an hour for my food to get here. I did not have a problem with that. However, when my food was 10 minutes ... late, I called up the restaurant to see how much longer it would take. The manager had a horrible attitude and claimed that I did not put in any order. I was talking to the manager while looking at my online order confirmation email. I had also received a confirmation call from the same person. I do not know how he had the audacity to speak in a hostile tone and continuously state that I was wrong and that I was lying when in fact, I was not. The food was sub-par this time as well. Very good food and great service. I had the Chicken Parmesan with Spaghetti (which was the special of the day - $12.50) and it was awesome. It was a very big portion and tasted great. My gf had the pepperoni & mushroom pizza, which I had a couple slices of, ... and it was also very good. I will definitely be going back here! Read more
