EDIT in response to Bibo's reply: They say the Romano and others are supposed to be salty. I have not tried too many other Italian pizza places so I could just not have the taste for it, but i have never thought to myself that a pizza was too overwhelmingly salty ... in places I have tried in the GTA. Even so, this does not excuse the lack of waiters to give us water in what I believed to be a "high end" establishment. They also mentioned that the gourmet pizzas cost extra because of the higher quality ingredients (the right most pizza in the photo). Again maybe I am not a "food connoisseur" but I stand by my statement, I got not more extra enjoyment from the gourmet pizza than the other two that was ordered. BUT it was nice that Bibo reads these reviews and addresses people's concerns, that's plus 1 brownie points for them! Unfortunately a review is what I think of a restaurant and in my OWN opinion I would eat else where, sorry :'( ORIGINAL REVIEW: The pizza Romano was too salty, and did not have many toppings. Olives were not cut and rolled around and off. Other meat heavy pizzas also too salty. The gourmet pizza was also not anything special and was more costly than the rest. Was not given water after running out for quite a while and had to flag down a waiter for water to continue our salty pizzas. Meatballs were nothing special either. What started out as a night to find ramen next door, turned into this surprised treat. As we stood outside for up to an hour next door we watched happy, warm, and definitely well fed customers enjoying beautiful plates meals at Bibo we couldn’t resist. The customer service was pleasant and ... very inviting. The menus was full of amazing options, all fresh and authentically all from Italy. We couldn’t be more excited we made the choice to dine here as we picked our Italian favourites and also a few new ones. The seats as the bar allowed up to enjoy some vintage Italian viewing as we watch the bartender take great consideration to each drink. I’ve drank a lot of Mojitos, yet watching him carefully prepare each piece of the recipes the final result was incredible. The food came out well prepared and plated beautifully with a representation of simply yet quality Italian ingredients. The lasagna was so rich and full of fresh amazing flavours that gooey cheese kept me desiring more. While my friend enjoyed the classic yet desirable Carbonara he raved about. Now let’s get to the pizza... if you’re looking for quality, full flavour, and gourmet pizza with a top notch appeal this is the spot. I had the BEST Pizza of my whole entire life. WOW Just WOW. AMAZING Pizza, today I had the Salmon Avocado and it was absolutely divine an absolute winner this pizza deserves a GOLD Metal 💪 I wish I could give this place 10 stars 🌟 I love the location and the ... ambiance is unique and very Italian, the service was great and they had beautiful clean bathroom that's always a bonus 😊 so.... Great pizza and Italian food. Double zero flour. Crudo and all the white pizzas are delicious! The pastas are on the smaller size but delicious. The service is amazing - the waiters and talkative and very friendly!! Definitely our go to place for pizza. It’s on the pricier side but ... worth it!! $16 for margherita and $24-28 for white pizza but half will fill you up!! Read more

Authentic Italian pizza and pasta serving by Italian server and cooked by Italian chef. Table is too small and being too close to next table in this small restaurant. Food and service are fine. But compare to the branch in airport outlet, the eating atmosphere is better in ... the airport outlet if you can find a table next to the big window. Read more
