Bella Pizza - Vancouver, British Columbia

I ordered a bbq chicken pizza and i specifically told the guy over the phone not to add bacon because of my religious dietary restrictions. i came in to grab my pizza and it had the bacon so I politely told the young man that I cannot eat it and ... he told me that he forgot about my request but he cannot remake it and that it was my problem now. on top of that, he said that religious dietary restrictions were stupid and it was my fault that I chose to follow them. never have I EVER been this disrespected- he implied I was being difficult for having dietary restrictions. Was a big fan of Bella Pizza (Burnaby). Thought this location would be just as good, the pizza was decent but the wings were soggy and quite frankly inedible.

I tried their masterpiece and pesto cheese pizzas on two separate occasions. It's decent pizza for when you get the pizza blues. Their crust is pretty good but a little on the thicker side. The tomato and basil pesto sauces were a little too salty in my opinion.

Had my lunch here yesterday and the guy working was so busy, but great at multitasking. Pizza is clearly made fresh and frequently.

Great pizza and great service! When they accidentally mixed up my order, they had it fixed extremely quickly and I got a free pizza out of the deal. We'll be back!
