I visited this place for the first time, and let me tell you, it was the most amazing experience I've ever had with halal food! The restaurant is impeccably clean, the staff is incredibly friendly, and it's a welcoming place for both Muslims and non-Muslims, especially for people from Indian, ... Pakistani, and Afghan backgrounds. They serve delicious dishes from these countries and beyond. I absolutely recommend this place to everyone! So far I went there three times 1. Food was good, service was very poor. Because the food was good I decided to go again 2. Took my friend there after 3 months. We ordered Karahi, and we found a steel rivet that came out from the wok. We showed them the ... rivet and they started checking at my friends jacket(saying it may come off the jacket). Then the owner went in and found that the rivet from the wok was loose. He started explaining and never said sorry. We were offered that same dish. No exchange or nothing. They gave us free desert at the end. I was embarrassed because I brought 2 of my other friends and my wife there. I decided I will never go there again. 3. Yesterday, I don’t know why, I again wanted to try out their lamb chops,( the first time I went it was really tasty). And it was too bad this time. The plates were dirty, service was too poor, food was too bad, even from the look of it, it was not looking like edible. I am never going back there again. You guys had a great potential. You ruined it, and if it continues I am sure you will have to close the restaurant in a couple of years Edit 1: Sadly I can’t reply to the owner’s response. So writing it here : - No he did not give us any refund/ discount on any dish, that’s a pure lie. And I had already mentioned that he gave us a free desert, - No, he did not apologize once. He came and started explaining how it can happen to anyone. He never said “Sorry” once. You are a business, and we are the customer. If you serve well, we will go again. Went with my family here for dinner, we ordered, Chicken shashlik 5/5 Lamb karahi 5/5 Beef kebab 4/5 Rasmalai 5/5 Garlic naan 5/5 Quick service, delicious food, was attended by Zara who was very polite. Will surely visit again.

We went for iftar here and it was fantastic. I recommend booking a table so you're guaranteed a spot. The food portions were big, everything was delicious, and the owner even comes out to ask if you liked the food. For iftar they gave us some fruits, dates, and a ... nice drink to break our fast. A nice little Pakistani restaurant in the heart of city. Hard to find parking, sitting arrangements are tight. I love the Handi fish, lamb seekh kebab was mediocre. The chicken biryani was a little bit too dry, the raita yogurt was nice. Nice music and decor. Service was good.
