Hokey Pokey is honestly such an underrated poke spot and definitely my favourite in Vancouver. I've been supporting Hokey Pokey since 2017 and was so happy to see that they were finally on Uber Eats. Great spot for a quick takeout, happy hour runs from 3pm-5pm Mon- Fri with 15% off is a pretty good deal. I got the large chef special which changes every now and then, enjoyed the chef special sauce and their marinated tofu very much.
Hit it 👍🏿! Been coming here for years and it is consistently one of my favorite poke places in the city. Would recommend as they are efficient. There is a bar to sit and eat if you don't want to take it to go.
Holy Hoke Poke We were on a big Vancouver bike ride and we’re starving. Just off 4th I stopped to pull up places to eat and spotted Hoke so we rode our bikes over (bike rack right out front) I’m glad we stopped in as the price was fair, the serving was ... huge (we got regular size) and it tasted so good ! My friend and I got the “Chefs Special” . Thanks to our server (counter service) as she was extremely nice and helped us pick out a perfect meal. Saddest $14 bowl of poke I've ever had. The portion is so tiny you get 5 tiny pieces of cucumber and onions. You see the bottom of the bowl when they hand it to you. It's extremely disappointing when you pay that much. Getting regular albacore tuna is an extra 50 ... cents AND edamame is extra. The only type of tuna you don't need to pay extra for is spicy tuna (which is just scraps they've gathered off the cutting board and mixed with sauce). Need to give customers what they are paying for. I've had better poke for $14. And have leftovers as well. This bowl is not even enough to satisfy hunger. Read more
