One of the few Greek restaurants on south Vancouver. The restaurant was almost empty with one lone table dining at 6:30pm. I ordered take out and food was okay....... the roast lamb was not as tender as other places I have tried......it actually tasted old and reheated. It was quite ... dry and hard. This may look old and tired outside but is actually an awesome place. We came at 6pm on weekday and it was really quiet there, the laminated flooring is uneven but the colors of the inside is bright. We got served right away. I like how they separated the salads ... on the plate that served an appetizer while waiting for our meal. My daughter ordered the kalamari dinner which is crisp and properly coated and warm same thing with my order, beef souvlaki (med.rare) both tasted great and not salty at all. The rice pilaf is properly seasoned which complimented the taste of both kalamari and beef. I recommend this place because of their flavourful dishes and how refreshing and appetizing it is. Very nice Greek restaurant. The decor is a bit dated for sure but that didn't bother us at all and it gives the restaurant an interesting vibe. I had the roast lamb which was very good. The portion was generous and the meat was very soft and tender. The staff ... were very friendly and welcoming. It seems to be a place you can go with a small or a big party. Good Greek food at good prices. The pita breads are crispy not stale, the lamb chops are a really good portion at a great price, the calamari was fresh too. Parking can be difficult.

Portion size of the roast lamb was generous. Flavours were subtle. Rice was luke warm. Came with Greek salad as well. Calamari was nice when hot, but not so much when cooling down (bit too much of a fry and became too chewy/crunchy). Also had the baked salmon which was ... over cooked and dry.
