Loved the experience they offer, but surely there must be a waiting room or some way to contact the event? Children waiting out in the freezing snow and women dressed in heels with their hair done waiting for the door to open with no communication is not a vibe. Very ... pretty interiors though. Was glad to attend their last Oktoberfest before they close for a major renovation, with plenty of traditional German songs and dances.
