I stopped off today on a whim for an ice cream. You can't complain about a limited offering of toppings like I read someone below whine about when every time you come in they have discovered something new and unusual. I'll take that over 35 jars of dusty old crushed ... cookies or candies or sugary bits that have been sitting there for two years. This time I decided to go with one of their creations called "Save the Bees" instead of trying to imagine up something on my own. Now you can't look at a painting and think "I'll bet there isn't more than $150 worth of paint on that Renior painting! They're just trying to rip me off!" No. AND you can't put a price on the creativity or quality of ingredients that went into the cone I had today. It was simple vanilla ice cream dipped in dark chocolate with several different things sprinkled on it. One of those things I'd never heard of. Chili infused honey! A local product that really surprised and delighted me. IT WAS SPICY! But when I had finished the topping part I still had the cone full of soft serve to cool me off. I don't think I've ever made this claim but it was an ice cream cone that I will remember for as long as I live. Honestly. How do you put a price on an experience like that? I love this little place and can't wait to go back and let them delight me with another of their creations. Great little store. Great staff. Great stuff. Read more
