Our first visit but definitely not our last. Service was impeccable, we went with the suggested chef’s dinner menu ($60/person) which included three appetizers (charcuterie board, a mushroom dish and an anchovy dish), a main (pork belly on purée) and a dessert (crème brulée) plus a bottle of red. Always a great experience from the wine board to the food. Tucked away around the corner from the busy street of Granville, one will delight in this warm room with food and drink.

We came to try out the restaurant for dinner for my husband's birthday. We LOVE the restaurant ... the setting, the ambience, the service and especially the food. We sat outside on the street patio with half a dozen other small parties under 2 big fir trees with ... string lights outside the restaurant on the ground floor of a small apartment building as the backdrop. We shared 4 dishes (carrots with white bean hummus, seared mackerel, seared halibut cheeks and strip loin) and they were all wonderfully delicious. Delicious food! Love the sharing aspect and the portions were great! All the greens were so fresh and the flavours were awesome! The steak was cooked tender and juicy. Everything tasted very homemade and wholesome.

An interesting spot to enjoy some shared food with friends. Good food although the many menu combinations made selecting what to order a bit frustrating for us. Personally I preferred the regular boards over the brunch board which seemed overpriced and underwhelming compared to the other. My favourite item on the ... menu by far was the fried chicken board which was delicious. The popcorn was interesting and some of the meats and other items on the regular boards were definitely enjoyable. I was also pleasantly surprised at how much I liked the house white wine which they rotate. Read more
