If I could give this restaurant a 10 out of 10, I would. Incredible meal and service. The view of thr mountains are stunning. The servers at this restaurant are top notch. They were on top of every course and we barely waited after we were done with one course ... before they were cleaning up and bringing another. They timed everything perfectly. My second time at this restaurant and I am very pleased with both the food and the service. I invited my mom for dinner to celebrate Mother's Day and our dining experience was great. We weren't lucky enough to get a table next to the window but were still able ... to enjoy the waterfront view and sunset. The food was delicious and elegantly presented and the portions were on point in my opinion (some people may find the portions too small but I think they are the perfect size for anyone who wants to get an appetizer, main dish and then dessert without feeling full too quickly and not being able to enjoy their dessert!) The serving staff are professional and attentive. The server that took care of our table, Ramon/Raymond, was very amicable and he helped us choose the right meals based on our dietary preferences. He checked on us regularly to make sure everything was good and was sweet and professionnal. I gave 3 stars for the atmosphere for a couple of reasons: 1 - the light for our table was too dim when it got darker to the point that I needed to turn on my phone flashlight to take photos of our dessert (which was otherwise very visually pleasing). 2 - We couldn't help noticing that one of the back windows really needed to be cleaned. For a restaurant that has an amazing view, I think it's very important you keep all your windows clean always so your clients can enjoy the view. We just had our wedding reception dinner (10 family members) here last night and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food and AMAZING SERVICE. All the serving staff were attentive and considerate regarding allergies. We were treated like royalty and never felt rushed. From the start hostess coat checking ... to the end just wonderful. One server went above and beyond as I was looking around for a napkin that had slipped off my lap and without even asking anyone he popped over to me with a new one. The food was beautifully presented and delicious. The views were incredible and one thing my party all commented on is how it was not too noisy in the restaurant allowing for ease of cross table conversation. I find so many downtown restaurants now a days either have blasting music or the tables are so packed it’s like eating in a club. Amazing job Five Sails team!!! Read more
