The service was fast but cordial and the food was ok but better than the MCDONALD'S, The atmosphere is to bright and nothing cozy what does not looks like an Invitation to enter / stay.

I ordered a bacon deluxe combo to go and they literally gave me bread and 3 patties, THAT’S IT! Bread and 3 pieces of meat!!! No cheese, no sauce, and most importantly, no BACON! I like Wendy's burgers, but after this incident I lost confidence in them. It is unacceptable!!

The $5 Cinnabon and small coffee was very disappointing..went a 4pm on Tuesday 09APR,. The coffee was surprisingly good, but the Cinnabon pull apart was much smaller than expected, and served in a gravy pot. I would never pay $4.49 for the Cinnabon when not on promo. Give it a pass...

I normally order from this Wendy's the Cobb salad and it's fresh. Today I got one that seems like the chicken is a few days old. It is very hard to put my fork into and chew. I had to remove all the chicken to be able to eat my ... salad and was worried I would get sick. Not sure what happened, but very disappointed in Wendy's and their moto of fresh ingredients. There's a noticeable absence of ice, and requesting it from the ... staff garners exasperated reactions. The overall organization leaves much to be desired. I regret having to share this review, but it's crucial for them to improve their operations. Particularly during the bustling dinner hours, they should ensure a sufficient staff presence. Preparing for dinner service by restocking their machines is essential. Responding to customer inquiries with eye-rolling is highly discourteous. It's important to note that this issue lies not with the staff, but with the owners, who ought to invest in additional personnel. Cutting corners is not advisable. The dining area where patrons are seated is in an unsanitary state. Basic amenities like napkins and ketchup are absent. Wendy's, what is the reason behind this? A serious reassessment is in order. They should seriously contemplate making changes and hiring more staff to address these concerns. Read more
