I got a 6 inch subway in the afternoon and the sales person Dinesh was so friendly and patiently made my sub ! It was so delicious and this guy is amazing!!! Best in customer service ! He deserves it!

I had a great experience with an employee named Jurgen who was running the store by himself. He was so positive and really proactive when I told him I have a gluten allergy. He took all precautions to make sure my sandwich had no cross contamination. I didn’t even have ... to ask him to take those precautions like I usually have to at most restaurants. He took it upon himself to double check all the sauce ingredients and use a new knife to cut the bread. It was busy but he was kind to everyone in the store. When we went at 3 am, there were two customers in the store without masks on. The employee that was working did not ask them to put a mask on, and it took him over 15 minutes to make their order of two sandwiches, without so much as acknowledging our ... presence or even greeting us. The chicken had a lot of water in it and looked very off-putting. Their online order tablet was on the countertop. Anyone who's worked in a store with an online order tablet will know that they are rarely ever cleaned and should not be put on surfaces that share contact with food. He used a knife to open some boxes and then used the same knife to cut our bread right after. The whole time we were in the store, we did not see him wash any of his two knives even once despite having made over four orders, with one of the knives visibly dirty. The employee also mixed up me and my friend's order and charged us incorrectly. Overall I am very disappointed In the food and most importantly, the cleaning and safety standards at this location.
