Will serve stale bread, I had to point out that it was not fresh. I have to wipe the tables and chairs every time I go here. Staff will shout and be very loud with eachother while you are trying to eat.
Very poor customer service. I was there to order sandwich. I wanted to use their washroom before ordering. I ask for the key , that lady gave me this lame excuse that i cant use washroom because one employee is inside and he takes too long when he goes to ... washroom. I thought she’s hesitating because I’m not customer. I told her i really need to use washroom before ordering and aLso needed to wash my hands as well before eating . But she was like no u can’t because employee is inside . I would never go back to place which deny me to use washroom . I told her i can wait but she kept on repeating herself . Lady could have asked me to wait instead of giving me advice to use petro canada washroom. U guys wanted me to go to petro canada accross the street and then come back to order food . Great service and great sandwiches. Showed up few days ago right at open because we were going on a hike. The store wasn't open, so I called the phone number listed online. The manager picked up and explained he would call the opening worker. Turned out she was late due ... to traffic. She was quick to open the store and made some excellent sandwiches. I go to a lot a Subways around town and this was by far the best in terms of great friendly fast service, delicious food and a clean inviting atmosphere.I had a stressful day at work and the employees,a very muscular guy and girl I believe her name was ...
