Lady with pink hair is VERY rude, bossy, and impatient!!! I wonder why it looks so empty at all hours of the day...

If i could leave an 8th if a star I would. Asked are your wraps vegan friendly. The lady said i don't know then proceeded to ask her co-worker who had bright fucia hair, who responded with I don't care. Then realized I was standing there, a customer- asking for ... information, NOT her opinion. Horrible service from a horrid lady. STAY AWAY. I walked out. The staff are good and friendly but they are horribly understaffed and overworked due to cheap ownership. Expect a 15-30 min wait for your “fast food” sub if you go at any main meal time.

The attitude of the girl working there on April 3, 2024 at 9:30 pm was so rude. At 9:30 she don’t let me use the washroom or dine in . The closing time is 10pm. It was my Worst subway experience ever.

Great subway experience. The sandwiches were fresh and made well according to my preferences. My veggie delite came bursting with tons of fresh vegetables and was delicious. The pink haired lady was actually very polite and gave wonderful kind service.
