I'm giving them four stars for the pizza and five for service, I called to talk about a problem once and the lady was very nice and helpful. I have had a couple of sub par pizzas, mostly with the deep dishes not being Chicago deep dishy enough. However, the ... pizzas that are made well are awesome. Their sauce is dope. Two suggestions... Never cheap out on the deep dishes, and add a seal sticker for your skip the dishes orders. Thanks! Update.. Ordered the Bubba Gump deep dish. Holy man not a deep dish at all. I’m a pizza guy and I mostly tried all the vancouver best pizzas. But this pizza, it’s damn good and I cam say best in city. Friendly staff, reasonable price, good quality, family owned, local business, what else it should be?! Monday July 3rd at 6 pm I ordered a medium Super Hawaiian deep dish in the restaurant and was given a regular pizza with deep dish crust.  I asked for half with no cheese and the toppings on that half didn't even cover the sauce.  So I showed the girl ... working what a deep dish pizza should look like - toppings even with the top of the crust.  She offered to make a new one. The second pizza was admittedly better but still not even close to deep dish. I'm going to give them another chance but I warned the staff that if it happens again they may be facing fraud charges. First time ordering. I woke up and wanted to try Deep Dish pizza. I never had it before. I got the large Al Capone deep dish style. I LOVED IT SO MUCH!!! So tasty, so full of toppings. Yeah, don't have much more to say. If you love deep dish pizza, this is THE place to get it. End of. Let's not get into semantics of if it's authentic Chicago pizza or not. This pie is worthy on its own, coming from an extremely friendly staff, at a ... price that won't make you weep if you're not a homeowner in this city.
