We enjoyed the day in the Harbor Center with a visit to the Lookout anf Gastown Steam Clock. We had lunch at a Peruvian Resturant, great sandwiches.

Close to Waterfront Station, great food court with many selections. There is a Dollarama store within the mall. Ideal for tourists looking for cheap eat, Canadian souvenir and travel items. Suggest to give Bubble Waffle Cafe at the food court a try. Their meal set is delicious and ... good price, add $0.5 for a nice cold drink and $1.95 for a bubble waffle. Read more

Great place to get 360 degrees views of downtown Vancouver. Cost about $20 CAD per adult with discount for elderly and children. On a clear day the views are amazing. The lift up can be a little frightening due to fear of heights but ... well worth discomfort. Read more

It's a great place to take a date. The food is a little pricey, But the atmosphere is great excellent views of the city in the north shore mountains. Also also seeing up the barard and let the burner be mountain. I went there at night but I would assume ... the best time would be sunset. I had a great time and I would highly recommend it. I must say I have been visiting Vancouver for many years for business and have always liked it. However this trip I have seen a significant deterioration in the ambience of the city. The smell of human urine wreaks in the CBD through to Gastown and the wafting smell of ... marijuana is everywhere. More importantly the homelessness of youth especially was very hard to see as I had never seen this beautiful city like this before. Walking around some areas isn't recommended and one of our party was sprayed with pepper spay coming back from a conference in the early evening. Whilst the normal sites are still there to be enjoyed the city now needs to clean up its act as I would not come for a holiday anymore, there are better places to go. Read more
