This place is a joke. I honestly want to address this to the manager. Firstly, your staff stays in the kitchen and wouldn’t even come out after calling numerous times and when they come out they are super mad because they had to walk down to the counter. I ordered a gluten free pizza here. It sucked. Super thin crust, only 9 inches (bruh celiacs need to eat too), more crust than toppings--like 2 inches of crust exposed--and overcooked. I went back to ask them to redo it pretty nicely and the guy at the counter was annoyingly ... condescending about it. "This is just what GF pizzas are like here." Duly noted! Was craving for pizza hut pizzas for a while got the craving met at this location with grilled chicken arrabiata which was the spiciest in the menu but didn't even tingle the tongue even a bit but the pizza was overall good.

I called the store’s phone number at 10:08pm on Wednesday evening, July 5th, 2023. The call centre person answered and she said this location was showing as ‘closed’ on their end. I was near the store and decided to drive there anyways, because on Google it showed they were OPEN ... until 11pm. I entered the store and there was no one behind the counter. I waited for 10 FULL minutes UNTILL a worker came out, DESPITE ringing the counter bell multiple times and shouting Hello! a few times, throughout the 10 minutes I was standing there. WHAT A COMPLETE JOKE OF A BUSINESS THIS IS! Call Centre shows the store is closed when in fact they’re open?!? The incompetence here is just UNREAL. ZERO STARS!!! Read more

Has been a long time since I had pizza hut. The dough was chewy, pizza was greasy, portion of cheese was not enough. Few pineapple pieces. Payed $26, I get better quality pizza for the same price in other franchises.
