Panago Pizza - Vancouver, British Columbia

The worker was playing with their phone, and didn’t wash hands when making the pizza. The customer service was terrible, looks like she doesn’t want to be there.

They make a mighty fine pie here but what keeps me coming back is the excellent customer service. We usually get take out. Always delicious. Employees here are awesome!

Last update - This location called me saying they had my order fresh and ready to bring over using my credit. They said Head Office called them and had them honour the credit. Panago, the overall company has impressed me even if this location is less than stellar. UPDATE- I was ... contaced by Panago Head Office after my review and credited the amount of my raw pizza purchase, no comment or credit from them on the Chicken Bites with no sauces. I tried to use the credit today, putting in my online order notes to use the credit attached to my phone number. They called me and told me to pay the bill in full, as they do not honour Panago credits at this location. WHY does this location call itself a Panago then? Panago, pull this Franchisee's liscence..they are giving your company a horrid name. Now I am hungry and annoyed. Insult to injury, they called me after making the food saying - we made your food, its ready to go - how will you pay since we do not honour Panago credits. Maple Leaf around the corner is Much nicer. Go there!! ........ I have mixed feeling about this Panago location. I like the overall company; with fresh ingredients, organic pizza sauce, and antibiotic-free chicken...but, whoever holds the franchise liscence for this location is just totally sloppy and careless. The food is super inconsistent. I always get the same order and its made different everytime - sometimes lots of sauce, sometimes very little, a few times none. That in addition to the number of times I get literally raw pizza, or pizza without all the cheese or toppings. Stopped for a late night snack and was happily surprised. The slices seemed fresh despite being 15mn before closing. Tasty enough and fairly priced.

I had a great individual pizza, freshly made, the lady taking my order was knowledgeable about the options and was doing all on her own. I must say she did a great job to attend and have it all ready for everyone who was coming around lunch time! It did ... take about 10-12 min. To get my food ready but I didn't mind because I saw how busy she became (there was no one to help her) and my pizza was really tasty and fresh. I'm glad they have multigrain dough option available, it's my favorite! I took it to go because there was no space to eat there. Just didn't give 5 because there was a free table and chairs outside but I couldn't eat there as it was very dusty like it wasn't cleaned for a while. But other than that, I really enjoyed my fresh pizza. Read more
