OPA! - Vancouver, British Columbia

Opa is at top list from my favourites. But, this is my first worse experience at opa. I wish I could give a survice zero star. Today me and my friend went there to have some wraps, the girls over there are just talking with each and they gave us ... zero survice, even though there was no rush, only the one customer is standing. Firstly, she don’t know how to make people understand about opa meals, when I asked she was making faces and giving smile to her friends, seems very very disrespectful. I was not there to have food for free, I paid. Make sure u give food with positivity because we gonna eat that. Those girls should know how to behave with the customers. I am surprised if they give such kind of survice in slow times, then what they do in busy times. Seriously, now I dont even feel like eating opa. Worst service ever. Read more

Asked for no tzatziki, instead replace it with hummus. And they did not follow their orders or read the notes properly.. What if one is allergic to tzatziki? Super disappointed

I am extremely disappointed by the food and service at this location .... absolutely disgusting food and terrible attitude of staff makes for an unforgettable ugly experience ... save your hard earned money and avoid eating here at all costs. Terrible service! Staff was rude and inattentive. Ordered chicken pita wrap ... meat was tough and the condiments in the wrap was minimal. I asked the South Indian girl who mumbled her language to add a little more sauce and she bluntly replied I added. The wrap was dry and tasteless. I went to this location yesterday and was highly disappointed. South Asian girl took my order who was highly unprofessional. She was leaning against the wall with her arms crossed. I order falafel wrap with fries and total came to $14.15. I gave the cashier $100 bill and she returned ... me $75.85 instead of $85.85. I realized this when I already took the sky train. Also, the other two girls were busy making their own food and was hardly interested in making my order. They were just throwing toppings on the pita. Pathetic experience. Read more

Quantity is very less for 1 person. We had the Pita wrap chicken and Calamari plate. The taste was good, but it is a small wrap like a hitdog size and not at all filling.
