McDonald’s service was abysmal. Despite being told to wait for 2 to 4 minutes, I ended up waiting for over 15 minutes, just for an order of fries. The staff provided conflicting information, and I was the only customer left unserved in the past 15 minutes. Communication was poor as ... the server couldn't understand simple English, and it’s clear they need better training. Avoid this place if you value your TIME. As for the food quality, the fries are always soggy. It’s frustrating when you’re craving a quick meal, and what you get falls short of expectations. This is the best McDonald's in Vancouver. I've been ordering from them for years and have never been disappointed. We just put in an order and our uber eats driver forgot one of the bags but the employees at this McDonald's were so helpful and kind. Whoever was working tonight ... and helped us gives excellent customer service and deserves a promotion. Read more

I'm done trying to do a diet. Every time I start, McDonald's is always there, and well... Is it just impossible to say no to those fries, right? P.D: I would have enjoyed my fries even more if the table had been clean 🥲

Ordered McRib on app. When I arrived to pick up now they say it’s not available after I drove all the way here. It’s an app error. But they blaming me saying I didn’t read a sign that’s posted inside the McDonald’s with locked doors as it’s 245am. It’s still ... the dinner menu. They super rude about the situation and argued with me for 15 minutes embarrassing me for wanting food that I paid for on the app already. Read more

Never come to this location. Tried it many times and they never make the fries right. If you order no salt fries, you’d still get old and oily Same as the chicken nuggets, I don’t know how they are able to make it such different than other location.
