Staff are rude food is slow they walk around and talk to eachother instead of completing a simple task which consists of the assembly of a burger lol

I just got delivery from here and they completely gave me the wrong order and was extremely rude. She said the they have proof that they gave me the right order yet I have PICTURES of what I got in the bag is totally different from my receipt. Ordered a sausage and egg mcmuffin and a vanilla iced coffee. The sandwich came without egg and the iced coffee without vanilla. Michelle started arguing with me when I came back to ask for a new order, since my iced coffee was decaf and she said that was the reason ... the ice melted (which still doesn't explain the absence of vanilla syrup). If they couldn't make it decaf, they should've told me from the start. Michelle was very rude and unprofessional and even told me to get out. There was no need to argue with me, she should've just fixed my orders. She even said "the customer isn't always right and you're wrong". Such a terrible experience. Ive had some awsome experiences here in the past and recently not so awsome experiences ....its used to be a good McDonald's were you could seat down at tables and chairs with your hood peeps and family ,co workers etc and currently its grab ... and go like similar to grab and go Starbucks ..... its changed alot from the quality and service that was in the past many years ..... the service and quality was amazing back in the day ...but currently ive had a rock hard mcchicken burger 🍔 that one of my supervisor's ordered from here for me and a few times they mixed up our order for our work group ...... i wish this McDonald's would go back to what it once was was a vibrant hood community McDonald's ....then the state its in now Read more

Staff was very rude when calling me over because I was too "slow". Literally she called only max 2~3 times in short intervals and I was already walking over. I ordered a happy meal but they didn't give me a toy. I should have checked right then. If you're going ... to be rude about customers not walking over fast enough, at least get the order right.
