On the night of June 1st, I experienced several issues with my order and customer service. I received a regular burger instead of the double burger I ordered after waiting for 15 mins. When I returned to address the mistake, the girl at the drive-thru window was very dismissive and ... rude. she did not apologize for getting me the wrong order. Despite the cold weather, she refused to allow me to wait inside and told me to remain outside for ten minutes. Furthermore, rather than preparing a new burger, they simply added an extra patty to the existing cold burger and gave it back to me. Read more

The first time I ordered a hamburger it came with the buns and patty that was it nothing else so gross! There's only 2 people when I went that were actually nice. This other man and I was waiting and this older worker w glasses saw us both in line ... waiting to order she came to the counter looked around and left 2 times😡 we ended up waiting 25 minutes until someone told her to come help us. Another time they saw me waiting for 45 minutes! I usually go for coffee there and they closed 10 minutes early numerous times and a few times didn't open until 6:45 am when they're supposed to be open at 6am. I do not like their workers they're pretty ignorant. I haven't been back for month's due to very poor service. Read more

I am incredibly impressed with the night manager and staff that worked on 15/3. The manager that helped me was the most polite and helpful lady I have dealt with and probably one of my favourite interactions with someone working a customer service role. I hope she is being treated ... as well as she is treating her customers. She definitely made my night. Inconsistent food and service. Last 2 times using the drive-thru, we had to pull into a spot and wait over 15 minutes for our meals. The most recent time (picture uploaded), the nuggets had these black specks that we thought was pepper. Didn't think nuggets usually had pepper and upon ... closer inspection it's burnt specks on all the nugs. Somehow with these burnt specks, the nuggets are also soggy and have an odd texture. Definitely will not be visiting this McDonald's in the future. Read more
