Service was worse than terrible. We were the only people in line so they weren't busy. We stood there for 7 minutes!! We weren't acknowledged by either of the two in the back and neither of them came to take our order. They were walking back and forth talking to ... each other and there was no doubt that they saw us standing there. They should close this place down if they aren't going to hire staff that will do their jobs. I'd give this place negative 5 stars if I could. Absolutely ridiculous and a waste of time. Service was horrible. Staff was hiding in the back. The customer in front of me was judged hard by the staff for his order. Rolling her eyes at him. She didn’t ask him any questions so he had to basically pull himself through the order. When it was my turn I wasn’t greeted ... or anything. I asked questions about some burgers and she didn’t know the differences. She was unaware about your carls jr club and how it works. Was charged for a bag even though I was dining in. Felt scammed there. All the staff members have AirPods in and are on phone the entire time. Maybe they should get off the phone and pay attention to their job. Read more

Came here on my lunch break and realized they sold Chicken Burgers. Decided to give them a go. Not much to say about the Chicken Burger. Rather dry and tastes like a worse version of the McChicken Burger from McDonalds. The Regular French Fries were quite standard, slightly under seasoned ... for my taste but strong potato flavor. I dined in and noticed that the heat was blasting and so it was very warm, which is nice on a cold rainy day. Not much seating options but very similar to any other fast food place. Read more

When asking for the receipt, they gave me a half printed paper where you can’t see the cost or what I ordered, I ask the cashier and she answered “there is nothing we can do”. The soda fountain is giving watery soda without flavour, ask for mayonnaise and they give ... me only one satchel , when asking for more they answered need to charge for it, and the cherry on top was the washroom was not working, not even for the customers Read more

We don't have Carl's Jr on the east coast... So I decided to give it a try. It taste just like Burger King! This store is small with a longitudinal shape with a little bit of seating. When I went there was a promotion where you get a Jurassic World shirt if ... you buy a $20 burger (which is humongous - I probably got high blood pressure from that alone).
