Usually decent service but just got served a disgusting chicken burger. Tastes like it's been sitting for 20 mins and warmed up

It is very suitable for those of us who read in the library and look for a place to eat near the library when we are tired of reading, because this is a very familiar brand and its burgers are very good.

Worst ever branch of A&W that I have ever been. Just imagine how someone could serve sunny side eggs cold, like it was just taken out from the fridge. We ordered 4 Canadian Class and all of them were like freezing cold. Ordered a breakfast wrap and it is not ... even the size as a cookie!! My order had a small problem to deliver, but they solved the issue so kindly and there was no problem anymore. Im very empressed Thanks a lot a&w!

2nd attempt at this reMuch cleaner at noon than at 6am, however… The level at customer service at this location could not get worse. Staff does not care about in person orders or wait times. One staff member was taking a single order from start to completion before taking another order ... to minimize the appearance of wait times. Once the order was complete they would take the next order. This was during lunch, there were 14 people waiting to have their order taken or who chose to use Uber eats so they didn’t have to wait. Multiple people left because the wait was ridiculous. Rather than have an appropriate staffing level for this busy lunchtime location, management chooses to have people walk out during busy periods, even sending staff on break DURING the rush. Food was cool, drinks (supposed to be served in frozen mugs) were warm and in warm mugs as the “glass freezer” was not working, and the condiment dispenser area was stocked with runny, old, or damp products. Ketchup was so sunny it sprayed out of the pump dispenser and over filled the paper cups they used so it was all over your hands, salt, pepper, and sugar packets were damp and clumpy so you could use them. They should honestly open a ghost kitchen to fill online orders and corporate should come in and teach staff here what customer service is supposed to be.
