An excellent classy place hiding on the cambie street to have a brunch! Foods are tasty with a Dutch style. Their Dutch style pancakes are really delicious with a reasonable price. I really like their collection of glass cups on the wall. Definitely will come here again.
We came on a Saturday at around 11am and were seated promptly. We ordered the pancakes with cheese and sausage and also eggs benedict with salmon. If you are looking for cheap, big portioned food. Then this is the place for you. It's heavy comfort food. Carb heavy and great if ... you are finishing a night out Flavour wise it's not going to be the best but that's not what you come here for. You come here to fill your bellies with lots of food. Between the pancakes and the eggs benedict I would go for the eggs benedict. It's different from your usual eggs benedict. They used fried eggs instead of poached. The hashbrowns are tiny but very addictive Overall come here if you aren't looking for a bougie brunch place. Just a laid back place with big portions and really friendly servers. Tip: pay at the front when you are done Read more
- Tiny restaurant with a good portion - We ordered egg benedict, the breakfast platter with mushroom, and one omelette. The portion was generous with tons of hash brown. Though I prefer the crispy version of hash brown better. The egg benedict was good, but it was on the plain side compared ... to other places. We thought the dessert was donuts, but they were actually mini pancakes. We ordered the icing/powdered sugar one and it was great, but we dipped it in the apple sauce that came with the breakfast platter and it matches well. Read more
My wife and I had never been here before. We loved it! Ambience, the food, the service from a nice young gal. Shunit was her name. There’s a butter sauce I never had before which was lovely. My favourite type of breakfast which is BIG! Love it will be back so soon!
I loved this place! First off, the waitresses are super kind, thank you! The food was great too we got a savory pannekoek #26 i think, and some poffertjes with banana, fresh whipped cream, and pure maple syrup. All delicious!
