Nero Belgian Waffle Bar - Vancouver, British Columbia

The food is great here. My favorite is the berry waffle, but I had the tiramisu this time. The waffle has a crunchy feel and tastes good. The staff is friendly, but I just hope they can prepare the food a bit faster.

Nice place to grab waffles for breakfast. We loved the eggs Benedict and avocado on top of waffles. We also enjoyed the mini liege waffles the biscoff and pistachio chocolate one. They have a nice seating area and can get busy. The service is nice overall.

Decent tasty waffles. I like the slight saltiness of the dough which is balanced by the granulated sugar. Would have been better heated up. Lacks the slight caramelisation on the outside with the slight chewiness that comes with this in liege waffles in Belgium. There's not much else to say other than this Nero waffle place has something for everyone. From hearty waffle meals to the sweet or fruit options, you can get what you want. I usually get Liege waffles, but also, like the more crisp Brussels from time to time. The location off ... Simply delicious! The waffles tasted so good. And there different options between Sweet and salty. Both are great! The dough is very well made and has an excellent flavor.
