Honestly the food here is good, better than most other similar dessert places. The service is abysmal. They have opened late, the cashier taking the order looks entirely disinterested and makes you feel like you are an inconvenience for being there. Ive ordered straight from the menu (no questions no ... modifications) and they’re still annoyed at you anyway. Ive tried asking questions and they look at you like you’re stupid. Ive worked in kitchens and restaurants before and I would never treat customers like this. At first I thought someone was just having a bad day and give them the benefit of the doubt but Ive been here 4x and its always been like this. I’ve seen them roll their eyes at another customer. Idk if management is just awful and staff here lost the capacity to be happy but its pretty bad. Read more
