DQ Dilly bars....yummy 😋 Dilly bar is my favourite...what’s yours? The restaurant have a limited number of seat in tables. On a hot summer day patrons can sit outside to enjoy DQ ice cream or burger. Usually there’s only one cashier working so it may he slow when there’s a ... lineup. My gripe is that sometimes the tables are dirty and needs to be cleaned ever so often by staff. Personally I find the grilled chicken burger to be bland. Not enough sauce. The chicken strips on the dry side. Beef burgers are good…not too dry. Read more

I ordered over 15 minutes ago. The food has been sitting for at least 10 minutes under the lamp. It looks soggy and soaking through the wrappers and it’s not even packed yet. The staff are wearing gloves but one lady keeps wiping her nose with her gloved hands. The people ... on till are inaudible and people are laying on the counter trying to hear her. None of the orders are coming out together so families are getting one kids ice cream then waiting 10-15 before getting the other kids. Would give 0 stars if I could. Came here for the $1 blizzard deal. Arrived and was told to download the app for the offer and so I did. After the app was downloaded the offer did not load. It loaded on the other device. The manager told me it had ... previously happened to another customer and that it’ll take 5 minutes for the offer to show up. Purchased a meal and a burger and sat and ate while waiting for the offer to load in the app. The offer did not load on my phone and the employee had asked the shift manager and was told there is nothing they can do as the offer was not on my phone. I worked at fast food industries as well, POS pricing may be adjusted manually. I still work in the customer service field and this is definitely not how I treat my customers. If a customer came all the way and purchased a meal I would be more understanding and accommodating as they waited all this time. I do not usually eat fast food and could’ve taken my money elsewhere. I don’t know how it’s acceptable to spend $24.47 after eating it and having them lie saying they can’t change the price manually and that there’s nothing they can do. A small blizzard is roughly $7 I don’t know why it would be such a loss if they just discounted it $6 off. Offering me a mini would’ve been fine as well. We decided to drive all the way to the Fraser St. location to use one of the offers and paid for a mini as I did not want to use another $1 at this location for poor customer service.
