Came here during the dine out event and got confirmation that the place will be closed permanently in Sep 2017 and replaced a condo, which is sad. I think the other revolving restaurant deserves an earlier farewell. Might come again before it's gone.

Came here for the mothers day buffet brunch special and thought their food + service was a bit low quality. Their food selection wasn't great and mainly filled up with pasta + omelette. Their roast beef and chicken breast was a bit overcooked as well. The servers were way too ... busy to refill juice and take away the empty plates. And chairs and tables were old and ripped. Came for the famous view which was amazing, everything else was horrible. A brand new server was trying his best but the place was grossly short staffed on a busy night, that wasn't his fault he was polite. The restaurant looks like no one has updated the paint or furniture ... in 20 years. Our food arrived luke warm for some cold for others. The appetizers for half our party came in 15 mins and the other half in 30 mins. Half our groups main course came mins after appetizers were served. This place use to represent class and elegance. That must have faded ages ago. Mother's Day fail! Gonna have to make it up to my mom another day. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They need a major overhaul in terms of renovations and ramping up staffing. Read more

It's really a shame they're tearing this down. What a fabulous place, it's a breathtaking view of the Vancouver region, both in the day when the sun goes down & at night when the city lights up. Our food was amazing, melt in your mouth steak with veggies & garlic mashed ... potatos, cooked to perfection. I can't rave enough how good our meal was. Had a window seat for the view, takes about an hour & a half to do a full rotation. Our server was one of the best we've had in a very long time. Everyone was very friendly, real people persons. Can't confirm the negative reviews regarding the service. The staff is very polite and more observant than in many other restaurants or hip places. The food is always great.They don't have the ultra most complex dishes, but I would say it is better than Cactus Club Cafe. When you have ... an anniversary and you mention it, they might have a special dessert. In addition, they always have a 3 course meal for about $35; which gives an option of one out of two appertizers, one out of three main courses (some coming with an upcharge) and one out of two desserts plus a coffee. Paired with a great view, it is a great experience. Regarding the negative review on the day of the Celebration of Light firework; pretty much every restaurant in that area wasat its limits.
