Beautiful building in downtown, across the Fairmont Hotel on Georgia. There is a court yard that is a relatively quiet spot from the noise and downtown business. Very well kept and on the higher-end commercial building in terms of status and prestige.

Terrible parking management. We parked our car at 3:30pm. None of the large visible signs or the paying booth were updated that they close their gates by 7pm in April, 2021. We came back at 7:30pm and gates were closed - no phone number to contact security. We walked around ... building and finally found an intercom. Security actually picked up the intercom. It's really hard to hear the intercom plus it's a busy street but we heard she said they closed the parking at 7pm. Ok, well how do we get the car out? She kept on going about that they closed at 7pm. Well, we repeated our question 3 times and she said stop yelling at her. She said she will get us in this one time (wow...). When parking gate opened we checked and sure enough, all the large signs say they close at 6am. EXCEPT this one tiny piece of 11x8.5 paper taped at the bottom of one of the signs, in size 12 font, reading "new hours: closes at 7pm". Still costs same reg price of $7.75. Read more

One of my favorite "go to" in Vancouver. It is very beautiful and quiet.. and very clean. Everything is polished and shiny. BUT.. in one of my visits there,I had a very bad experience with this rude woman (I think she owns that cafe/restaurant that replaced the Smoke House.. It ... is the cafe that has lots of plants/flowers when you exit to the back..) I was there, and I asked one of the staff if I could take photos in the cafe and the staff said it was ok. I was already walking out when another woman ran after me and demanded that I show her the content of my camera and she wanted the photos deleted. I was really offended because it is my personal camera, and she wanted me to go with her inside the cafe and demanded that I show her the content of my camera until she is satisfied that there was no photo of her cafe there... common... you are a restaurant/cafe.. a public place.. do you really expect that people will not have photos of your business? well ...the heck I care.. I am not interested in your cafe either... Anyways.... 0 star for that cafe.... owner is as fake as the flowers in that restaurant.If you happen to eat there... don't take photos.. she would probably delve into your cellphones and demand the photos to be deleted.
