The water in this place is TERRIBLE. I asked for a cup of water, which smelled like something was rotten... 🤢🤢🤢 Hopefully, you guys don't pour this water into everyone's coffee! Please check your tap and the quality. This is the worst water I've ever tried in my life!!! I'm not even joking.

Not sure what the issue was today with the barista, Mary. I ordered a Cinnamon Dolce Frappuccino through the til with “Yuyu”, was asked if I wanted cinnamon dolce syrup and topping, and paid. The drink was made but was cream based instead of the usual coffee base that I get. I tell ... Mary about the issue, I wasn’t blaming her at all I was honestly just hoping for her to offer to correct it as I know it wasn’t her who put the order through. Instead she comes at me with an attitude to explain that she has been making the drinks based on the order that was put in. Wasn’t looking for her to explain herself, but a simple “my apologies, let me fix that for you” would’ve been just fine. Also, “Yuyu” needs some work as they seemed unsure of what to put in for the drink and should’ve asked some questions to get the drink right. Iconic location in Cambie Village that is always clean and never seems too busy. Nice service and spacious with lots of seating options. I like how they have alphabetical counter slots for mobile orders.
