Fried meat and vegetables with rice and sauce. Ordered the teriyaki chicken, added more Meat less vegetables. Food tasted good and was cooked with water and no oil. Small little shop family run. Simple but good.

Super Chef Grill is hands-down my FAVOURITE spot to grab food in downtown Vancouver. I don't even know where to start. I feel so welcome at this restaurant, they are genuinely the nicest people. The food is the perfect level of filling but doesn't feel heavy or oily, which is a ... very refreshing change of pace from some restaurants. I've had almost all of their specials, and I've always been impressed with how fantastic everything tastes. They know what they're doing, and you're in great hands when you're here. Excellent delicious food with no MSG and not cooked in oil. The dumplings were great and my main dish was very tasty and medium spice. No frills kind of place, small indoor seating space, it was clean. Outstanding friendly service. Family run. Reasonable prices. $
