Food was fine. Was served a menu with encrusted soy sauce on it though, which was kind of gross. Returned it. It was given back to me. i had a singapore stir fired noodle, there is only a few very very few meat, hardly any. it doesn’t worth $14 ( i had ate 1/5 of the noodle and 5 or six small dice of meat) the other day i had tried the wonton noodles which should be famous ... for Hons, i can say it is just marginally ok , not too bad but definitely ruined the name. the server is good though Read more

We decided to grab a bite on the patio at Hon’s Wonton House. We have not been to a Hon’s restaurant in years. We ordered rice rolls, potstickers, beef brisket noodles and spicy pork lo mein with wontons. The flavours brought back a lot of memories dining ... at the Chinatown location on Keefer St. The rice rolls, potstickers, and beef brisket noodles were good. The spicy pork lo mein with wontons was a miss. The soup that came with it had too much white pepper and it was undrinkable. I would still come back if in the neighborhood. Had the BBQ Pork & Wonton Noodle Soup. The portion of pork was generous, and fairly tender and fatty. The soup itself was soothing and flavourful, with some fried garlic for an added punch. Super delicious place to get a hot bowl of noodles on a chilly day. The lunch rush was busy and while we didn't wait for a table the restaurant was almost full the entire time we sat in for lunch. I highly recommend getting the beef brisket as the chunks are ... deliciously tender in the soup. The wontons are tasty and I recommend getting a side of the spicy ones of you like a bit of heat.
