Nice large place suitable for small, medium, or large groups. Large dining room area with many tables having lazy Susans that can accommodate 8 or 10 people. Very conveniently located in Kerrisdale with lots of street parking. Food dishes are good but I do have one complaint. ... Each dish is between $20 to $30 each, so fairly pricy (which is fine) but the portion sizes are small for the price. At this price point one should get a substantial amount per dish, but compared to similar restaurants with similar prices, amount of food per dish is small and should be higher. Example: the large won ton soup for almost $30 was excellent but for 6 people meant each person could only have 1 or 2 won tons each. The lemon chicken was delicious but again each person only had a couple pieces each. I would recommend that they increase portion sizes to really make good value for money. Visited with friends on June 18, arrived at around 10:30 am. The restaurant was not crowded at the time as compared before CoVid. We ordered a few steamed dim sum from the trolley plus deep fry shrimp spring rolls and the fry pork buns. Food quality ... remains good, prices acceptable. The only drawback was that the servers always walking around with tray of dim sum and asking every time if you want to get one from the tray. They didn't check if you have the same dish on the table. There is a very quiet community in the 41st Street Jewish District. The bosses are very enthusiastic and very friendly. You need to make a reservation for this. In addition, you will see that there are traditional dim sum carts here.

Very decent for what it is, lot of old Hong Kong classic Dim sum you won't find every where else. Pricing are far a bit more reasonable than many other restaurants, weekdays discount。。。♡
