What an amazing find this plane is in Tropic, Utah!! Went two nights in a row for dinner. We loved the live country music ( nightly from 6:30-9:30), cool country ambience, tasty food ( excellent brisket and mushroom pasta) and friendly service. Our server. The second night was Skylar… so attentive and ... truly one if the best servers we’ve had anywhere. She kept checking to ask if we needed anything and was most attentive she will be good at whatever she ends up doing. Our only suggestion to the restaurant would be that the videos of rodeos right above the musicians heads are distracting. The musicians work for food only so are very happy to get tips btw. Fish and chips are normal. The batter is a lot bigger than the fish itself and the portion of fries is very generous. The butter chicken is rich. The one naan bread looks very oily and sad. Attentive service. Love the high ceiling that creates the feeling of expansiveness.

Went for dinner, ended up sharing a bunch of entrees with a group of friends. Portions are a bit small for the $$, but the flavour & atmosphere were really great!

This restaurant is currently one of my better dine out restaurants that I have tried this year. For $49 I got the beef carpaccio, pasta and tiramisu. I really enjoyed the appetizer as the flavours were just perfect. The main dish (pasta) was also really good especially if you like creamy. I ... thought that the dessert was average. Went there for a quick brunch since I was in the area. The omelet was scrumptious and the latte was good. The ambience and service were top notch. Would highly recommend
