Your standard west coast food. Nothing bad but also nothing wow. For the price, go to White Spot for better value. Service was extremely lacking and there was barely any air conditioning.

It’s a great little place adjoining our hotel. There was a slight error with our order, but it all worked out fine. The service is excellent, the staff friendly, you have happy hour access all day if you stay at the attached hotel. We ordered the Ahi and the flatbread. ... We tried “Vancouver Cherry blossom festival” special menu. Everything was tasty, but my favorite is “Konbu cured scallop crudo”! The presentation was so colorful and beautiful, and tasted awesome! The main sablefish was great, too. Never tried sablefish with “kinpira gobo” ,which is one of Japanese dishes, and it was ... perfect match. You should try them! I stayed at the Coast Coal Harbor hotel and breakfasted at Preston's several times. I'm vegetarian and my daughter is vegan gluten free. Little choice for my daughter but she enjoyed a lovely fresh fruit salad and fries several times. I had avocado mushroom toast which was unusual and really ... nice. I never would have thought of having kale for breakfast but it really works. Very fresh and well prepared. Staff are incredibly helpful and professional too. And it was nice not to be rushed.
