Wanted a machine forever, zero experience, but avid watcher of espresso asmr videos. All the information online was overwhelming, so I finally called up this place hoping for a bit of clarity and advice. Ali literally talked me through machines and grinders for 40 minutes, gave the best advice - ... it was like a full lesson on espresso machines. Went the next day knowing which machine I wanted, stayed for at least 1 hr (closer to 1.5) as Harry showed me a full tutorial on the machine, fully set my grinder, and supplied me with everything I needed (with SEVERAL added gifts, including a big bag of local, fresh coffee.) Got some cups of great espresso out of it too, from the several tests we did. In short, I cannot recommend this place enough. The people are so kind and patient, they know their stuff, and you'll leave with all the info you need, even as a complete novice. This is the place you need to go for espresso machines. If you've got the choice between ordering online and making the drive, it's well worth that drive, especially if you're nervous about starting out. Thanks, guys! Read more

I am incredibly disappointed with the service from Espresso Dolce after investing $15,000 in one of their automated coffee machines. After just 10 months, this machine has broken down over and over, and the owner has done nothing to resolve the issues.Despite only being used for one summer at our ... resort, the main pump is now broken and is not operable. We have followed all service instruction's and have been diligent following the cleaning processes. Communication with the company has been horrible, and I would not recommend anyone to deal with these people. To make matters worse, the parts all come from Italy, resulting in months-long delays for repairs. Overall, a very frustrating and unsatisfactory experience. Avoid at all costs. Read more

Love this grinder, quite unexpectedly it improved the espresso flavor. This is defiantly an upgrade from my previous high end residential grinder which was also made in Italy. It's quite quiet compared to some other high end machines and the digital interface is really easy to use, grind adjustment is ... also really easy, disassembly and reassembly for burr cleaning is very simple and fast, excellent value for the money, and amazing customer service from Espresso Dolce :-) Read more

We saved up and purchased a Gaggia Cadorna Prestige one touch espresso maker and have been really happy. Not only with the machine (3649 coffees and counting), but also the service at Espresso Dolce. We’ve had our Gaggia for just over two years and had one issue with the grinder, ... but it was under the two year warranty and was fixed without an issue. The staff are always great when I stop by to pick up beans. Thinking about buying a one touch espresso maker? But a good brand, keep the coffee group clean, and it will pay for itself many times over…no more $6 Starbuck lattes! Read more
