My humble American view on Tim Hortons is that it's ok. The coffee was delicious and scalding hot but the food was mid at best. The customer service was pretty good though. Tried Coffee Mocha and Hot Chocolate. Coffee mocha not recommended. Hot chocolate has over sweet taste.

I visited the Tim Hortons in downtown, and it was a terrible experience. I've never encountered staff as grumpy and rude as Shuminder and Aryan. Their lack of hospitality and poor treatment of customers ruined my entire day. It was by far the worst service I've ever experienced at any ... I went there for coffee during my work break and restaurant was very busy with a huge cue until the door. As i was already on break and decided to ask one of the crew members, the girl named (Amar) if she could help me on another till, i ... know the time was so late around 10-10:30pm and usually one side of the restaurant gets closed on that time for loss prevention reasons.
