Only one person at the counter and a line of almost 7. She didn't even look at us until the person ahead of me made a sound. I ordered a drink, she gave me the drink without the cream and then she just told me, "we do not have cream, ... sorry". I just said "you could have told me that at first, but anyways thank you". She offered a free donut but I did not accepted it because I was not looking for free stuff. Anyways, I just telling what happened. Usually service at Tim is always either bad or regular. It's not a Tim Hortons. It's simply a self serve coffee, Tim Hortons Brand, at a service station. No donuts. Timbits. Nothing but self serve coffee.
TIM Hortons outlet...West Pender/Abbott...may be the most neglected...unclean I ever been to. Place was not busy. Staff indifference. Tables and floor throughout..refuse.. not clean . Leftovers on tables. A real mess...unacceptable!
It's a Tim Hortons. Decent pre cooked doughnuts. The staff are super friendly?
