I had a very disappointing experience at the Tim Hortons . I ordered a grilled wrap, but it was served cold. Additionally, while I was ready to place my order, the two girls working there were laughing and gossiping with each other instead of attending to customers. Their behavior was ... unprofessional, and they even made comments about customers and laughed a lot. I gave it 2 stars because I ordered a flavored drink. Do not get a caramel latte for French vanilla latte. It’s gas station machine style coffee from a powder mix. I wish I would’ve just got coffee next door at Starbucks. Timbytes and quenchers were a ... 10/10 though. Just stay away from the gas station coffees. Read more

I don't expect much and if someone makes a mistake I'm pretty tolerant, but this was just a bad experience. Here on a Saturday and it's pretty slow. Paid for a more expensive lunch was given the wrong thing. When I went back to get the right thing I was ... told no you definitely ordered that. Got out the receipt and then they finally relented. I tried to give them the wrong order back, because I didn't want it, and they told me to throw it in the trash. Ok then. But the real issue is that for a place that should be clean it was really dirty. Tables outside looked like they had not been cleaned in ages. Time to get some people to clean up around here Tim.
