This lousy branch. I ordered a trio of wrap, tea and donut from the machine and they didn't give me the receipt. When they delivered my order they only gave me the tea and the wrap, when I asked for my donut they only told me that there was no ... flavor that I chose and that when that happens it cannot be delivered, since the machine did not give me my receipt I could not prove that they had charged me for the package of the 3 things and they did not offer me any solution. This location offered worst customer service. I asked one of the lady if how many minutes to wait because I stayed for more than 10 minutes and nobody in attendance. She replied, "it depends and I don't know how many minutes more. You should ask the cashier, we are busy ... and only one person doing every order", but I noticed some other customer received their order on time and they lined up after me. Read more

The breakfast bites at first, the centre of the bites were cold, however when I brought it back to be reheated, they were kind enough to remake a new breakfast bites. Thank you Tim’s.

I visited them this morning to get my coffee it was on my way to work. The coffee is delicious like any other tims inside the shop wasn no clean and the rudeness of the lady who served the coffee made me write this comment

I ordered a chicken bowl it took 20mins to get it and it was half the portion of the regular bowls, they didn't coat the chicken with the sauce and instead smothered the tiny pieces of chicken and most of the salad with the chicken sauce that was super salty. I ... couldn't even eat it, it was that salty. When you wait and pay full price this is VERY disappointing. If I wasn't already half way to my other destination I would have returned it. Read more
