I would normally never say this, but if one Tim Hortons should be closed for good, it's this one. The staff doesn't deserve to work under these conditions. The floor is literally covered in drugged out, unconscious or sleeping people. INSIDE the store. Do better, Tim Hortons. I don't personally mind the service here, but I'm used to it, and i just know already that there is no point in getting annoyed at the workers at this location because it won't get you served any quicker. People visiting here for the first time will mostly be a ... bit disappointed with the selection of pastries and the service, but it is important to keep in mind that the workers at this location are subjected to a relentless barrage of homeless and drug addicts 24/7 so it is best to have some patience and understanding for them. I had a wonderful experience at this Tim Hortons store . The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring that my order was made exactly to my liking. The coffee was rich and flavorful, just how I prefer it, and their assortment of baked goods was fresh and delicious. Dec 5 Last trip to this Tim's. I come in everyday and now I'll support another coffee shop. For me to say that when I've used Tim's for over 25 years means don't come here!!!!!! Nov 30 I don't recommend this Tim's location at all unless you want to wait 20-30 to get ... your coffee. I've had to walk out more than once as my break was already over before I even got to the front. Just not worth it anymore. Sept 7/23 I'm getting so annoyed with this location. For being well known as a coffee shop with reasonable coffee prices, I just don't understand how their ALWAYS out of everything. Tonight they had no cream for my coffee so I had to settle for milk and the roast beef cravable does not come with a sub bun. The problem is I wasn't notified that they were out of that particular bun, which is why I'm commenting about this. But really, running out of sleeves, coffee cups, donuts, cream. Wouldn't it be best to reduce your hours from 6am to 2pm when your actually stocked to avoid having to tell customers your out of everything. My ratings are based on available bathrooms, service and getting the right order with no excuses. Sadly Tim's at this location falls way short. Not even recommending this location anymore. I've always been a Tim's fan and have been for many years as the price of a large coffee is still the best price compared to others. Food is tasty but getting pricey. A couple bucks more increase and I'd probably go to a sit in establishment. I rated the service on the low side as a lot of times their out of a lot of stuff early in the day. Like coffee cups( shouldn't be out of any size cup as your a coffee shop) and a lot of times my order is taken then when it's wrong I'm told sorry I didn't understand. If you don't understand ask those questions and make sure you understand before you inconvenience me. Once ok but after the third or forth order being told I didn't understand it gets annoying. I know at this particular Tims there's a lot of let's say undesirables coming in being demanding, putting down the staff etc so I've noticed the staff tries to be as patient as they can, but can see the stress and frustration but they handle it admirably. I never give 5 stars if there isn't a washroom available. It's not always about having to go as it is wanting to wash my hands before handling my food. Don't know how the tourists handle it as there's no bathrooms available anywhere and I'm afraid Vancouver has the attitude that yes there's a problem but it easier to keep them closed then deal with the problem. I'm pretty happy continuing to come to this place on a daily basis, so doubt that will change. All in all I'm happy with the service and attitude of staff and think they do a great job. Read more
