I used to be a customer for this store. I went there this morning. I didn’t buy anything but asked the staff for help when I suffered from an acute abdominal pain by that time. Sincerely thanks all the staff who were on duty by that time, ... especially one of them ( a kind young lady) who gave me 1 tablet of Tylenol and helped me to call my husband as well as 911. Also sincerely thanks a lady customer who claimed she is a doctor and was able to offer useful help and professional advices. I feel truly what a good and professional customer service it should be. Very convenient location - right next to the King Edward SkyTrain station. This location has limited seating. But most of the patrons were there for takeouts so we never had much problem finding a seat.

Despite living only a few blocks away from this Tim Horton’s, love their donuts and their coffee, I just don’t go there. Service is a bit inconsistent and too often my online orders were missed. So disgusting I order BACON GRILLED CHEESE MELT today March 6,2023 around 2:30pm and lucky I looked at my food while eating and saw this. I will never eat on this store anymore.
