Their system is trash. UberEats, DoorDash, SkipTheDishes orders are often not received and the staff refuses to prepare the orders unless they receive them. They won't cooperate with the driver even if they are shown the details on their App. This has resulted in orders getting canceled multiple times. Absolutely ... lazy and unprofessional. Read more

This is a quiet, respectful, efficient quick-lunch coffee shop. Staff is most welcoming and friendly. Food is hot and fresh. Coffee, as usual, is hot and full of flavour.

It's terrible that they have two bathrooms and that the employees don't lending it, it is a cafeteria, it sell drinks! Clients need bathrooms sometimes! My friends and I ordered drinks and sandwiches. They said someone had left the keys inside. But moments later someone from the staff entered one of ... the bathrooms. I wait outside to enter. When she came out the very rude lady came up to the table to say that the bathroom is only for employees! Terrible service at the checkout too, the staff is not friendly. Bad customer service. Ordered a jalapeño pastry but got the garlic one . Ordered no sugar coffee but got 2 sugar in the coffee. Nobody listens to the customers if they complain to the staff members

Stopped in for a very early coffee and breakfast three weeks ago, and when I got home the breakfast BELT was horrible. Looked nothing like the photograph in the store, and I can’t understand why someone would serve that to another person. I tried again 2 days ago on Sunday ... and had my last Tim Hortons coffee ever. Ordered an extra large dark roast in my own metal thermos, and watched as the staff member poured the brewed coffee into a gross, stained, plastic container to measure, and spill all over my container and the counter. The coffee was burnt and terrible, and I ended up dumping it outside in the gutter when I left after a few sips. The best however was the stash of empty beer cans at the table next to me; at about 9:10 am on a Sunday. I was inside for about 25 minutes and no one came to deal with that mess, or the rest of the dirty, crumby, tables, chairs or floor. What a disaster this place is. Read more
