I have been avoiding from a long time to write anything for the sake of their old staff. However, their new staff is bad at their job, they won't stop messing up. And It's not the first time, the new girls have zero customer service, which is fine, but messing ... up order and not even able to recognizing the customers who comes daily, is ridiculous. I ordered two wraps and a chicken bowl. The chicken wrap was not well made and the chicken was not cooked well and was raw. The chicken bowl doesn’t even have any veggies. For $10 this is not expected for a bowl. It is not acceptable. I do not recommend ... going to this place for wraps or any food. Read more

The service here at this location is always mixed. More often than not, it is incredibly slow. Not sure if it is because they are short staffed or staff simply don't show up. Oftentimes I get stuff that are quite short and grumpy with no smile. Again not everybody is ... like that but the majority are not very friendly. Also, they often are short on stock.
