I like their New caramel dream cookie which is really delicious... In addition their service and atmosphere is top-notch.❤️❤️. Highly recommended.

I love Tim Hortons, but today I had the worst experience at this location. First, the cashier was very rude. We bought a promotion from the Too Good To Go app, a hot chocolate, and a coffee. The hot chocolate was tasteless and bad, so I went back to complain, ... and in a very unpleasant manner, they made the change and gave me a better one. This is now the second time in a month i have found egg shell in my food. Is it that hard to crack an egg properly? They regularly run out of parts of meals. Poorly run location.

Service was horrific, made my order wrong and when I pointed it out they got mad saying they made it correctly - they gave me a chicken wrap and I ordered a veggie wrap.
